We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note that our policy differs between engravable and non-engravable products due to the nature of customization.

Customized engravable product

Each engraved piece is made uniquely for you — a personal expression of meaning, crafted with precision and care. Because every engraving is customized to your specific request, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

This policy ensures that your jewelry remains one-of-a-kind, created exclusively to reflect your sentiment, name, or memory. Once engraved, it becomes a personalized masterpiece that cannot be resold or altered without compromising its integrity.

We kindly encourage you to review your engraving details carefully before confirming your order. Our team is always here to assist you in perfecting your design before production begins.

Non-Customized product

Products designated as non-engravable are offered in their original form, precisely as showcased in our product images. These pieces are not eligible for any form of personalization, including custom engravings, inscriptions, wishing messages, or design alterations. Each item is crafted and presented to reflect its authentic design and exquisite craftsmanship, just as intended.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Eligibility Period

Refunds or exchanges are only applicable within 7 days from the date you receive your item.

Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

Return & Inspection Process

All returned items must be shipped back to us for verification and quality inspection.

The investigation and processing period typically takes 7–14 working days upon receiving the returned goods.

Please ensure all returned items are in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, and receipt.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted for items of equal or higher value.

If the exchange item’s price is lower than the original purchase, the price difference will be compensated with store vouchers.

If the exchange item’s price is higher, customers will be required to pay the difference before the exchange can be completed.

Refund Options

We offer two refund methods to best accommodate your preference:

  • Full Refund in Store Vouchers: Receive the total purchase amount as a store voucher, redeemable on your next order.
  • Partial Refund in Cash: Receive a cash refund with a 10% deduction from the total purchase amount to cover administrative and handling costs.

Refunds will only be issued once the item has been inspected and approved by our quality assurance team.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange. These include:

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional periods
  • Worn or damaged items due to misuse
